Jacket taro

Before this whole story with the ANTON MEYER circus started, we sewed the first prototype of a jacket from a green, Scottish tweed. That was in 2012. As luck would have it, we wore this jacket shortly after in Tokyo. And we were so enthusiastic about the fabric that the first piece of the very first autumn/winter collection was immediately clear to us: a jacket made of exactly this tweed. This jacket was sold out within a very short time in the aforementioned A/W13 collection. And again and again we were asked to reissue it. So we did. Every autumn anew. And consequently, we eventually included it in our core assortment. Taro is now a classic, and what can we say: we still love wearing it as much as on the first day. May we introduce: our favorite jacket – So here is Taro, Japanese for “the firstborn”.
