The customer has the right to revoke the contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period begins on the day on which the goods are taken possession of by the customer or a third person authorized by the customer. To exercise the right of revocation, the customer must inform ANTON MEYER by means of a clear declaration.
This can be done
- By successful return (sending back). In this case, no further explicit declaration of revocation is necessary.

- or by e-mail to shop@antonmeyer.de. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation in good time.
To create the parcel label required for the return, please use the DHL Returns Portal.
The returned goods must be in a condition that corresponds to normal use for the purpose of examining the goods – as would be customary in a retail store – and must have an intact original label.
In the event of a deterioration of the goods due to further use, Anthony & Meyer-Abich GmbH (ANTON MEYER) reserves the right to demand compensation for the value.
