Cutweste Wolfgang
Grey cut waistcoat made from the same fabric as cut trousers and cutaway 'Wolfgang'. Meaning: if you want to wear your classic morning coat in the style very popular with King Charles, i.e. grey on grey on grey, then this is the one for you.
Why do we only offer cut waistcoats in 'long' sizes? Quite simply: to prevent the shirt from showing between the waistcoat hem and the trouser waistband.
"But I wear a size 50 – what size should I take then?" Also simple. To calculate, you double your known ready-to-wear size. So that would be 100. However, since a 100 does not exist for textile-technical reasons, you take a 98, as the basic formula is ready-to-wear size x 2 - 2. (50x2=100 -2 = recommended long size: 98).
